Es el órgano responsable del funcionamiento administrativo de la Cooperativa, que, de acuerdo a las facultades establecidas por la Ley General de Cooperativas, el Estatuto y las otorgadas por la Asamblea General de Delegados, asegura que todas las operaciones se realicen conforme a las normativas establecidas.
